#tbt to one of my first #fat2fit workouts: 20 minute Chest and Back Workout: - 25 push-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 20 push-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 15 push-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 7 pull-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 8 pull-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 9 pull-ups. Rest 30 sec. Run in place for 2 minutes. - 15 push-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 20 push-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 25 push-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 9 pull-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 8 pull-ups. Rest 30 sec. - 7 pull-ups. Rest 30 sec. Run in place for 2 minutes. Let me know what yall think. ;)
