thanksgiving is a great chance to take a moment and reflect on how fortunate we are. while our country has its fair share of issue (ok, more than its fair share), we have something few others do, a chance to make positive change. i feel sorry for the few that dont get it, and resort to anti-social means. while there are obstacles, each person can use the system we have in place to work towards change in a peaceful manner. it saddens me to see whats happening, and see those that set their cause back years or decades by acting in a provocative, and negative way. but, those that want to act in reckless ways are in the minority. our country still shines brightly in spite of those that want to mar its brilliance. happy thanksgiving to us!
