the new president should not only carry the late president`s vision, he must have his own clear vision of where he wants Zambia to be in 10-15 years plus. Its very simple make food and housing affordable, pay farmers on time, continue road projects, reduce on cabinet expenditure, reduce on external borrowing etc. Otherwise 90% of PF aspiring candidates do not have their own clearly documented vision, so they keep plagiarizing copying and pasting Satas legacy.
