the other day I had someone who was new to CrossFit ask me if this was that exercise where you work till you throw up? My answer is NO! Can it happen ? Yes. However, it is definitely not our goal. Yes- CF is intense. Yes we want you to push your limits and get comfortable being uncomfortable. What we dont want is for people to think that the goal is to run yourself into the ground. There is a big difference between challenging your abilities and trying to break yourself. First we aim to build a solid foundation of good technique, strength, and consistency. Then we progressively push the envelope and grow from there. CrossFit is for Everyone!
