the ultimate cause of homelessness and street-death in todays ireland can only be government policy. while county councillors have individual discretionary access to tens of thousands of euros of public money through the Members Development Fund, people are dying on the streets of ireland; while TDs make 4 times the average wage and uphold a government that uses 13% of all taxes gathered to service a debt that is not yours, people are dying on the streets of ireland; the bankers that were bailed out, and the business people who mismanaged this country and profited from its ruin remain unpunished, yet this state condones and enforces evictions, forces homelessness on families and stands idley by while PEOPLE ARE DYING ON THE STREETS OF IRELAND. do something about this.
