they need the Chris Gardner types for cops....high IQ with the background of the ghetto to understand the 2 worlds and how they mesh. Since when does natural born intelligence become a punishment for gaining reward of a job? The strongest, smartest, well-adapted, non-corruptible, non-abusive, equal tolerance, mild-mannered individual should not be turned away. Since when does intelligence threaten authority? When it makes Authority fear you might unravel their psychotic plans of Corruption?
