this has changed my life in only 10 days....not taking it for weight loss but I heard of the benefits others had with chronic pain (fibromyalgia especially) so i got a sample pack for 5 days....WOW the next day i didnt take the extra pain pill (narcotic that ive needed for awhile now) and havent taken even ONE since....my pain is under control YES i still take my morning pain pill that time releases, my ASA, beta blocker, nerve pain pill....about 5 in total but 2 yrs ago it was 15 pills.
