this is has helped me stay alive since a dear sister where I meet put me on to it as I was going into hospital; every 3 months like clock work and being pumped with intravenous antibiotics for nearly 3 years in that time my immune system was low and I would pick up everything in winter that was going around then I started taking this and I havent looked back must of been over 6 years since I started taking Ive been in hospital maybe 3x for the same problem since.
