this is now a nowcast on the storm , Things of note . DRY SLOT... Yes i see it , i also see the fact that the upper level low is moving closer thus with energy i see less of the dryslot holding for roanoke area . already seeing radar putting precip back in far sw va where dry slot was . the HRRR Model also keeps the Roanoke Area In The Precip . The Dry slot may keep far sw va and areas south of blacksburg in that . We shall see. I am sticking with my 3-6 forecast at this point.
