this is why every cop needs to go thru classes on learning about dogs... body language especially because if this cop paid attention to this dog he would have known it was not a stray because of the collar!!! and if he watched the body language..the dogs tail was half down and still and the dog was trying to avoid interaction by looking away and then gave a warning before he lunged. and why a lethal solution instead of a stun gun!!! Please cops...get educated!!!
