.... this kind of hit me... and so... just a few days after 2 of the doors in my 1972 era classroom were permanently locked shut for our safety....sigh.... I thank you, Mrs Olson (my kindergarten teacher) You made this then 5 year old so very happy when you complimented my cat shaped Halloween mask as I was making it. You told me that I was going to be the sweetest little tick or treating cat! 40 something years later, I remember! It was this one compliment that instantly caused me to want to be just like you! (smh lol true story!) I try every day to make a positive difference. I hope and pray that I am.
