this week has been rough but to fix it I wrote my testimony in my Spiritual Journal and want to put it here: I know my Heavenly Father lives and loves me. I know with all my heart this Gospel is true. I know Joseph Smith was a prophet and that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet today. I have been called here by a prophet and therefore by the Lord. I am here to learn and have a purpose here. I know Joseph Smith saw God the Father and His Son. I know that Joseph Smith has done more for the salvation of man on Earth than any person save the Savior Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ is the REdeemer of mankind and the Son of God. He loves and died for each and every one of us. He has gone through anything we have ever felt and if we ever need help look to him. In the Garden of Gethsemane he bled for me and I want nothing more than to live a life as perfect as I can if it means that he suffered less. I know the Savior died on the Cross and rose again on the third day so that we might be raised up to immortality and eternal life at the last day if we but look to him and live his Gospel. I know that if we live righteously we can live for eternity with our families. A blessing I hope to do anything to achieve. As a representative of our Savior, Jesus Christ, I testify that he lives, I have felt the Holy Ghost testify that to me and know he does, that he dies for us, and that there is no other name under Heaven by which we can be saved except that of the Lord, Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. I love you all and I am doing great here in Dakar. I am learning more about myself and the Gospel than I ever could have imagined. Always remember that the Lord loves you no matter what.
