via Cheryl Lim Associate Director Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) Prime Minister’s Office Following the October 2012 Lab, the Ministry of Education has allocated substantial funding in 2013 to provide fee assistance to parents of lower income households to send their children with special needs to private pre-schools or centres run by NGOs. Thus far (as of June 2013), utilization of this funding has been very very low (only 0.02%!). We would like to request for your assistance to spread the news that this funding is available for the children. Detailed guidelines and relevant forms are attached for your perusal.
