watching this program gave me an idea for how to solve the affordable housing issue: construction trades union members should just refuse to build any more luxury housing - much of which is only occupied part time by ultra-rich pigs using NYC or SF as a personal playground and their mega-millions condos as status symbols. The building trades could easily pool all their resources and start a non-profit, worker-owned development company that only builds housing for working class, middle class, and lower income people.
