way to punish the lower income earners. some wont go to the doctor now when needed because of it...not everyone can afford the visit costs especially if they have a few kids. they are complaining people are using the hospitals too much,if the GP co-payments start before charging to go to the hospital ED, then its going to get a lot worse at the hospitals with people who want to see a doc but cant afford that $6 for whatever reason. way to go!
