well fishing in the rain is still not my thing its was a great day with a couple old friends and turned back one wild fish think I will set today out and fish fri. just for you folks that havent gotten your tags yet ODFW has changed a couple things and if you plan to salmon or steel head in the Columbia basin its an extra 9.75$ you dont have to get it if you dont fish there or for those two fish...Sure wish Kevin Hines was here to show these fish whats up but no he is still in vegas soaking up some sun...Jerk... Spring salmon should be headed in to the river and with the weather like this the deer and elk are everywhere. There is no better time to be out and looking around in oregon
