well it appears i may have been scammed for the first time. I paid for 3 items back on July 6th from this seller and had to repeatedly ask if the stuff had been sent. Around the 26th he finally ships item and it gets hung up in New Jersey for a while. So on the 6th of August I receive an empty tube that was obviously not taped to keep end caps on. Now the best part is I have asked for a refund and his response to me was dude, im at work , ill get to it...... and here it is 3 days later and still no refund. im more disappointed that i didnt get the items because 2 were one of a kind and they are gone. This is another reason why I will never gift money on paypal ever again.
