well its all over now thank bloody god! We have worked like trojans to move our stuff but we want to say a very big thank you to all of you who helped with bubble wrap, boxes tissue paper, those that offered help and those that shifted MOUNTAINS of furniture, the offers of cleaning and us moving were tremendous. Thank you to Josh who worked like a dog to get us moved, joe for keeping us plied with wine and laughter for the first weeks of packing, my dear mum at 72 for packing all 200 plus of my cook books and swearing like a navvy all the way throught it, our great friend Phil for lending us the van for the week, apologies for the blowout, all you girls who packed and offered, Kane who was on standby should we need more muscles, all the well wishes all the offers of beds overnight or whenever and especially the lovely owners of this fabulous off the beaten track b and b who have given us the opportunity to have a downtime break!! Thank you for inviting us to stay for the next 2 years while we get the cottage sorted. All of you keep an eye on here as you will be seeing some pretty scary pictures of all our stuff shoehorned into our cottage. Left Dartmouth July 12th at 12 noon and was back by 7pm in our lovely b and b with a glass of wine or 20 for a well earned holiday!! Apologies to our dear neighbours Helen and Andy for all the noise we made and early morning noise, hope danielle didnt hear me swearing and her first word isnt something rude! Our other friends who dont like to be named for looking after the boat and house every time we go away. A big apologie to my husband David who I drove mad and swore at him constantly throughout the entire process...he is now officially DEAF! Keep you all posted and look out for the 2 well tanned fit tourists every week on the embankment or on the boat ......THAT WILL BE US . Love you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
