well today was my first day of real therapy, I have been waiting for this day for a very long time. I went to Select Physical Therapy and Jerome was my therapist. His is fantastic and so is that therapy location. I only wish I could have gotten there sooner but red tape got me caught and stuck where I didnt want to be. But now I am where I have needed to be since I got my surgery. I know everything will turn out alright. It may be a painful journey but it will be a successful one. So far I have been spinning my wheels and I am behind where I should be but I know with Jeromes help I will get caught up and be where I need to be. This day was a long time coming but finally it is here.....this is the first day for the rest of my life. And it was a good day !!!!!!
