...went to church today with a heavy heart knowing that in most parts of the Visayas, the survivors cannot bring themselves to worship God, fearing that they could go anytime from lack of food, meds, shelter... got some prayers answered right away tho when Pastors Christian & Nomer reminded all that God, in His infinite goodness & grace & per His promise, will soon bring back the Philippines to its feet, hallelujah also got a high on the worship song written by Ogie Alcasid... sang by Ogie, wife Regine Velasquez, bff Jaya... their beautiful voices penetrating the walls of VCF Regis, & winging their way to Leyte, Iloilo & other affected areas, to touch the broken hearts of the survivors & make them whole again... but the sight of Regine holding back her tears at the start of the song & finally crying as the dam broke until the song ended was just too much... brought tears to many eyes too... but the most hurt came from tears in the heart... praying for the fast & early end to this unnecessary suffering ... for the quick rebuilding of lives... for hope to grow in the survivors hearts all over again... amen
