what happened actually? my phone called was passed from one department to another! from RIMC to UKP to Unit Gaji & Hasil.. before, you said you lost my form! you asked me to re-submit the form and I was like ok, I wil.. and yes I did re-submit the complete form! now you said the problem come from the bank! and that is why no direct transfer to my acc and I need to collect it every month?! the problem is, why every department gave my different excuses?! and they do not even know the problem! then the problem comes to me!
