what i like to share is this: passed weekend was great, the whole community was enjoying BOISHAKI UTSHOB, Bengali New Year. There were so much in everyones plates. Took the advantage of it as much we could, but missed many. - Professor Sheikh Al Mamun and Dr. Nahid Khan organized a great event in honor of his great students. -Jamaica Boishakhi rally and cultural showorganized by Jamaica Friend Society was observed by thousands, seasons best and the biggest, met our new consult general, Ahsan Habib, many nice singers and artists Showkat Hossains Nobab Siraj Ud Dolla was wonderful. Americans sang our National Anthem, it was awesome. - Our friend Borhans niece wedding was great, it was a huge get together, proud to see many old friends and new friends. Took many pictures. - Finally, Daliwood award was just MONMATANO, famous singers like Sabina Yeasmin, Bari Siddiqui, James performed, they all really shake and move the crowed, almost all danced. Met new friend Dewar Habib, the editor of BInodon Bichitra.
