what stress can cause. Man who always forgot to buy a gift for he wife. One day for him not to forget, the wife wrote on a paper :"Rememeber him to buy the gift for his wife." And stitch it at the back of his husbands shirt. On his way to work anybody that sees him remind him of his wifes gift. So after he closed on his way to join a car another person also reminded him. So he went and buy the gift and send it home. When he got home, he asked the wife why almost everybody knows of her gift. Then the wife explained how hse did it. Do more exercise and stop thinking to release stress.
