what to do i know have my new room upstairs for what i want we moved the guest room into the empty big room and had this empty little room. since the basement is not safe cuz of water i will make this room upstairs where there is heat and windows in my room. i will keep the basement for my binges if i ever want to drop of the earth for a day or 2. always something to do here.... if i am not busy doing something i will get bored and that black cloud will find me and the downward spiral starts again.i do not want that anymore. the roller coaster i live in really sucks. i have learned to live in the dark without going over board but how long can i stay up with out the crash to the bottom.......been this way all my life. do not think it is gonna just go away......either i am up and happy or down and i hate the world......no middle for me.
