woke up at 2 a.m. with tight hamstrings, did some stretching and used the foam roller and then got back to sleep. When I woke up at 7 a.m. I got my morning workout and stretching done. After work I headed to the gym, worked on arms and shoulders. Then I headed to Lululemon for our Tuesday evening run club, started with a 3K warm up and then did hill repeats (7K) for a total of 10K. Then I headed back to the gym to work on shoulders some more plus a short core workout. #runyxe #FuelYourMove #lululemonrunclub #lululemon #runeveryday #athletic
