yUP Comcast SUX,3rd weekend in a row !!,I have to wait for someone to talk to because all lines are busy with other callers so obviously im not the only one,then they want to send someone here during the work week to look at my conection,although I explained very slowly that its not me,its them ,they insist that I have to schedule an appointment,i explain I work for a living and cant take a day off ,they say that is the only way to fix the problem,i say they cant reach the pole from my living room and that this happens every weekend for almost a month ,This goes totally over there head they cannot concive of what to do except to schedule an appointment,I explain once more in a not so cheery voice that I actually work for a living and have to do things except sit my ass in an air conditioned room and blow smoke up peoples asses who only want what they are paying for,they respond by asking what time would be convient for a service tech,,,,,,,,,,I hung up ,,,,seriously how do these people get dressed all by themselves in the morning???
