yesterday... In little neck, queens.... My daughter was stopped in a routine safety inspection....the police officer, which looking at her license and registration, reached through the window and rested his hand on her shoulder.... She asked him to remove it.... He went back to his car and wrote her a cell phone violation.... Her cell phone was off and in her purse... When she protested... He told her she was couldnt just expect a ride for nothing....( exact words) How do we fight it? She was so scared....she took the ticket and drove away... Thats 5 points.. And he knew it... Abuse of power and the NYC cops... I hear about it ... And I defend them... Yes... Most are good... We spoke to a lawyer and to a D.A. .... Not sure the correct procedure to get this matter resolved... She did nothing but ask him to NOT touch her .... Ok.. Legal minds... What now?
