you know, one of the things I am MOST excited about is taking back my maiden name... not that there is anything wrong with a woman changing her name when she gets married and I LOVE my stepchildren to this day and always will so there is nothing wrong with name MARTIN in and of itself and sharing that name with THEM, BUT.... I want everyone to understand the level of sacrifice, love and anguish that my family has endured for me over the last 10 years. Sleepless nights, prayer and deep worry about my safety, and even impatience at my inertness and seeming inability to remove myself from a bad situation. But never once did they ever give up on me, even when I gave up on myself. And although I did come back, I did give up on myself for a bit. So, I am proud of the fact that I am a Tonkery. I am proud of the fight that I have in me, proud of fact that I am above the fray, above the one who would bring me down and better than low tactics that are being resorted to. Those white trash things are beneath me. So, here it is.... I am glad, thrilled to have my wonderful, honorable Daddys name back... its been 21 years since I have been Angie Elizabeth Tonkery and it is most definitely a new beginning in my life. And I am forever grateful to my family for being there to pick up the pieces, help me put me back together and rejoice with me in the end result. I love you!
