youtu.be/NRqyJV49s2A I tried using my belt for the first time and hit a 40 lb pr over what I had done beltless despite cramping up all over the place and not feeling too well today. The greatest part is that my lower back doesnt even feel like I used it at all! My lower back fatigue is always limiting squats and deadlifts so Im going to use this in training a lot. I just need another smaller belt for full squats. Any form tips and recommendations for oly lifting type belts are appreciated.
