Reason for it is unknown. Or how about being able to hear things in your head, and make no sense of them to why they are there, yet you understand them? How about the feeling of wanting that blade to strike across your arm, just for that moment of release. There are things you will never understand about me, and customers will never know. So next time you are rude to a cashier, or speak poorly of them, think about what they have to go through. For YOU can make their lives worse. Only you can change that.
