youtu.be/uFuOEA0oKWY I had a very similar experience. I had this binging sessions which ill literally eat a whole loaf of bread/ cheese/ apples/ anything that was in the fridge. Your body forces you to eat when you start a low calorie diet or a diet lacking in nutrition. This is part of the reason why crash diets dont work. Remember. The best way to lose weight is to change your eating patterns into a healthier one. Exercise helps too :)
