There are three spoken about bible - Physical death, spiritual death and eternal death. Physical death – when man died his body goes to grave. But bible teaches us you have a soul. You have a spirit. And the bible says that spirit, that soul of yours shall live on forever and ever. Spiritual death means that we separated from God in dislike by sin but when we died there is the eternal death which were vanish from the presence of God. A man may be good, clean, respectable, moral man. He may look good on the outside. I can take a diamond. I can look at with my unblind eye and it looks perfect. I take it to a jeweler that he says it does not perfect, imperfect in finish. It still looks perfect to me. I tried it. But the grind eye of the jeweler it comes sort of being perfect diamond. That is exactly what sin is. You may be a perfect gentleman or perfect lady. You may clean, moral and respectable. But we are morally imperfect. Every one of us has a moral disease. That moral disease is called sin. And sin has built a vow between man and God, a barrier. What we can do about? What can we do to get back in fellowship with God. What can we do to have God. Because all of our trouble and all of our problems in the world comes from the back with separated from God. You see, you have a soul. And that soul of yours with made for God. Its restless until it find its rest in God. I talk to a wealthy man that he had a million dolors. And they confess to me outside of Christ there is a misery in emptiness down inside. Their money has made them happy but brought no joy. Now the bible distinguish between fun and joy. You can have fun. You can have pleasures and live any kind of life you want. But you had no joy. Why? We are separated from God. YOUR BODY HAS HUNGER, TRUST AND ALL THE REST. YOU SATISFIED TEMPORARILY. BUT YOUR SOUL MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD ALSO CRIED SATISFACTION. IT ALSO CRIES JOY AND PEACE AND HAPPINESS. AND MANY TIMES YOUR SOUL CRIES OUT FOR PEACE AND YOU MISUNDERSTANDED. AND SO YOU GO OUT GET DRUNKEN. YOU THINK YOU FORGET REALITY. YOU TAKE PILLS, LOT OF ASPIRIN, SOME SORT OF ENTERTAINMENT ALL THE TIME. WE ARE ALL TRY TO ESCAPE TODAY. There is a way back to God. It is the satisfaction is your soul that only God can bring. What you can do? There is nothing you can do about that. There is no way back to God of your own choosing and your own making. But God has returned it for you. God soul loves the world. He loves you. with everlasting love. And because God loves you he decided to do something about it. What could he do? He is great finite God. God look down from heaven. He was so big, we are so little. How could great God communicate with us. So God decided to became a man. And that who Jesus Christ was. He was God. He came for the express purpose because he love and to seek and to save back which was loss. He came to bring you to back to God. Jesus is seeking you. I see god taking my sins and laying the among Christ. Christ died for us. I see Christ shading his blood in my place. Taking my price on the cross, taking my judgement, my hell and my suffering on that cross. Dying in my place. You see the penalty for breaking God law is dead, Spiritual and Eternal death. But in a mysterious and glorious way Jesus took it on the cross. Christ died for our sin. That’s the reason he came. He can change your life and transform you and make a new person if you come to him. He is breaking the vow down, breaking the barrier down. Bridging it, so that now we can come back to God. God never meet you any way but the cross. If had any other way to save you, Christ would never have died. If had been any other way to save a man from sin, from hell, Jesus Christ would never died on the cross. Have you come to the cross? God gave his son Jesus Christ, God soul of this world, He gave only begotten son. He gave his son to die for you. But you must do something. There are three things you have to do before you forgiven for your sin and before you get the heaven. 1. Repent – I ready to acknowledge it, I ready to confess it. But that not repent. It means I also must renounce my sin. I must be willing to give up my sin. You can’t come to the Christ with your pride. You have to humble yourself. You may not have any power to renounce your sin. You have no ability to turn. Jesus gives you ability to turn. What is repent is? I am going down the road and I turn around with the help of God and I start a new direction. That’s repented. A new attitude, a new mind set myself toward God. Have you repented? 2. You must receive Christ. Have you done that? I believe Christ, I believe God, I believe Bible. That’s not enough. Many of you believe but have you receive. By a step of faith to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord, Master and savior. 3. You must be willing to obey Him.
