Here is a short video of our 2013 Monster Holiday Shelter & Rescue Drive success! Please take a few minutes to watch it let us know what you think. :) For those of you who are new with us, Rocky and Manders are part of the Im not a Monster family and are Monster Elves along with some of your other favorite faces here on Facey Butt. Even though Rocky is not physically here with us his mission & duties continues and he will be managing this years Monster Holiday Drive by our side in spirit ♥ In 2013 the drive consisted of 34 rescued Monster Elves across the United States we were all very busy collecting and distributing and were able to collectively raise nearly $100,000 in food and life enrichment supplies for over 80 shelters and rescue groups nationwide. That was an increase of 400% from 2012! We were able to collect blankets, towels, toys, food and treats, gift cards and everything in between! Heck, we even had a set of doggie wheels kindly donated to us! We didnt only help doggies, we helped kitties, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, birds too oh and horses! These items were all distributed as Christmas gifts to the homeless pets under the shelters and rescues care. This year there is going to be 65+ rescued Elves participating!!! soooooo Can you even begin to imagine the results for 2014!!!! WOWZERS!!! We are very excited to begin the drive for this year and more info will follow in the coming days & weeks for local donation drop off points, items needed and sharing our Amazon Wish List for those who would like to help us help the homeless pets stay happy, healthy and adoptable plus helping out some smaller rescues with little to no funding and make this years drive even better than the last! If you live in the San Diego area and would like to help out with our efforts and be assistant elves with us please feel free to private message us! We are looking to add many more donation drop off points around town this year so if you have a business or know of a business that want to participate or you would like to donate your time picking up items and transporting to the main secret elf workshop periodically and helping out on the massive sorting and distribution day let us know we can always use extra paws!! We are so proud to be able to continue to help different shelters and rescue groups locally here in San Diego with Rocky and Manders side project Paws for a Cause and their Collect-A-Bulls year round that stemmed from this drive last year! Rocky and Manders and Hercules the helper Elf represent rescued Monsters promoting positive Pit Bull awareness and giving back to their community.
