youtube/watch?v=jD6rKhzV_m0&feature=youtu.be Back last night from a hugely successful London trek with smile and a bag of cunning plans. Lots to do this weekend and over the next 2 weeks there should be a lot of news to share! The new set list, which we look like playing some new material from in Baja, Mexico in April will be coming into the rehearsal room in various stages over the next months as we get ready for the UK tour in May and perhaps followed by 3 shows in Turkey. Ill be putting together the digital bundle for the Blind to the Beautiful single for an April release which is when I will have the digital downloads in place, not only on i-tunes but other International stores as well together with the rest of the solo catalogue including the new album Feast of Consequences. The standard CD versions of Feast are back in stock Monday after they sold out just over a week ago! There are enough deluxe versions to last until we get restocked on those in a couple of weeks! The download of the album is available on fishheadsclub . Because its not on i-tunes a lot of people dont think a download exists but its there on the official website! :-) Its interesting to see how many people are buying from our shop on Amazon! It started off quite slow but we are now selling well over 100 every week which goes to show this album is reaching out of the existing fan base beyond the contact on FB and the website! It was ironic that Mark Kelly and I were having lunch together yesterday talking about the old Marillion days with EMI and how it used to work back then ( and how little we earned from albums!) and now we are both involved in direct selling to fans with whom weve got more contact than anyone could ever imagine. A lot of people frowned on the model ,and I have had doubts myself sometimes as you know , but its working and there are some cunning plans to open up a German office to deal with the mail order operation there which will make it far easier for people to buy the album and make it cheaper on the postage! :-) For now its catch up on e mails after a week away as well as following up on contacts I made down in London. Exciting times again! Im definitely energised by the London visit and as I explained to my lady yesterday it felt like an ex army officer returning to his army barracks. It may have changed a lot but I still find it beguiling and fascinating and exciting! :-) to end with Im really sorry but I had to share this and Im also really sorry for when you choke on your coffee and have snot coming out your nose! :-) Enjoy :-)
