I would like to draw your attention and to appeal for making investigation about the situation raised. Currently all Bulgarian people are suffering as a result of this ridiculous decision which is in direct violation of Article 56 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU and of the fundamental right to give and receive information. We are concern about all bookmakers which have been added to the blacklist published at dkh.minfin.bg/. Moreover all Bulgarian people are sustaining losses and thereby our choice has been ignored. The main goal of this regulation is to establish monopoly. I am kindly asking you to take this in mind and start procedure of investigation, which can give some clarity and help both sides players and bookmakers.
