In PaloAltoNetworks QA Lab Support Responsibilities • Build, manage and maintain Quality testing environments - test automation, performance stability and manual • Assist setting “look alike” Labs for production bugs reproduction • Focal point for HW & SW programs Purchase and installation • Work with global development, QA & support teams to build/run desired coverage of E2E testing in order to deliver product in high quality Required Qualifications • Academic degree(s) in Computer Science or equivalent • Security background in general and security programs knowledge in particular • Deep knowledge in Windows OS and Microsoft related programs • Proficient experience related to Windows OS, networking, installations and ability for reproducing complex client environments • Excellent knowledge with VMware Architecture and Design including network & storage • Knowledge of IT strategy and architectural standard with hands-on lab experience • Experience in manual software testing – an advantage • Knowledge with programming / scripting languages – an advantage • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English • Candidate should also possess the ability to work under pressure with extreme deadlines, prioritize projects, and maintain focus and a sense of humor
