Role Summary: Develop and manage a territory with the goal of maximizing sales. Achieve sales goals, usually on an annual or quarterly basis. Meet call goals while focusing on top costumers (usually the best or most influential doctors in your region). Host product presentations to specific customers. Understand and address both business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals. Engage in meaningful dialogue with customers, to both educate and sell your products. Has the Ability to Warehouse License. Has a license to practice the profession. Has NOC. General Responsibilities: 1-Taking responsibility for originating, planning, and executing campaigns, from conception through to delivery. 2-Coordinating with agencies’ media planning, dealers, and execution process to ensure efficiency and timely media support. 3-Contributing to the implementation of the marketing strategy and plan with specific objectives and targets as set by management. 4-Responsible for online marketing activities; social media (Facebook, YouTube, activities website, etc.). 5-Building, Collecting and analyzing relevant performance data and preparing any required reports. 6-Designing and managing marketing research processes. 7-Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities. Requirements of the role: 1- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceuticals. Has the Ability to Warehouse License. Has a license to practice the profession. Has NOC. 2- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. 3-Very good in written and spoken English. 4-Have an adequate knowledge and understanding of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts. 5-Excellent attention to details and highly developed organization skills and strong analytical ability. 6-Self-starter, energetic, logical thinker and results oriented. 7-Flexibility and capacity to accept multiple responsibilities and new challenges while keeping the objectives clearly focused. 8-Excellent communication at the external and internal level. 9-Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, email, Ms Project. 10- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
