Tool Pusher: Job Description: A tool pusher (sometimes toolpusher or just pusher) is an occupation within the oil drilling industry. a) On a land drilling rig the tool pusher may be rig manager and responsible for all operations b) Toolpushers are department heads in charge of the drilling department and reporting to the Master or Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) depending on the company - who in turn reports to a shore-based rig manager. c) Tool pushers are in charge of keeping the rig in all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies. They work closely in conjunction with the representative of the operating/exploration company in regard to the actual drilling of the well. d) In recent times, toolpushers have taken on somewhat of an administrative role, as they frequently do paperwork related to the rig crew regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters. e) Toolpushers are also responsible for coordinating services with third party companies related to the drilling of the well. Qualification: 1) One year at least working as tool pusher in the rig site; 2) Good communication ability both in Arabic and English 2. Driller : Job Description: The driller is a team leader in charge during the process of well drilling. a) The driller is in charge of the crew, and running the rig itself. b) Most of the time, his job is simply to monitor the rigs activity, while the automatic driller runs the breaks and drills the hole. c) The driller is responsible for interpreting the signals the well gives regarding gas and fluids with high pressure. d) In an emergency he is also responsible for taking the correct counter measures to stop an uncontrolled well control situation from emerging. The driller will watch for gas levels coming out of the hole, how much drilling mud is going in, and other information. While tripping, the driller will run the floor and work the rig. Qualification: 1) One year at least working as driller in the rig site; 2) Good communication ability both in Arabic and English; 3. Assistant Driller : Qualification: 1) Three years at least working as assistant driller in the rig site; 2) Good communication ability in oral English, can read and write Arabic; 4. HSE Supervisor: Qualification: 1) Two years at least working as HSE manager or supervisor or related area; 2) Good communication ability in English and Arabic.
