تعلن شركة المواهب الاردنيه للتوظيف عن توفر فرصة العمل التاليه غي شركة امريكيه في العراق Job opportunity at American company in Iraq Position : Project Controls / Planning Engineer Overview The Project Control / Planning Engineer’s foremost responsibility is to ensure project execution within allocated time and budget, lead and manage all cost, schedule and time related issues, change and variation orders while adhering to Company (ASC+CI) business practices, environmental and construction safety guidelines. Essential Functions The essential functions of the Project Control / Planning Engineer are as follows: Meet with Client to understand the Client’s requirements. Support the project team with implementation and maintenance of project systems related to cost, programme and document control, etc… Assist in the preparation of project phasing, project scope and procurement strategy. Prepare of master project schedule and periodic schedule updates. Manage the preparation and review of master development budget. Administer register of all change proposals, variations and claims and assessment of implications on overall project plan Closely monitor and report on design, programme and cost risks Monitor design & construction phases progress and assist in the preparation of recovery plans to address delays. Provide input to submittal and deployment schedules provided by consultant and contractor. Review of monthly progress evaluation and payment certificates submitted by the consultant/ contractor Lead the preparation of monthly progress reports with regards to time and cost reporting Attend meetings associated with design and construction progress. Analyze planned value of work scheduled against actual cost of work executed and earned value of work performed including cumulative and incremental trends in key indicators. Prepare and present project schedule reporting as needed by the client and ASC+CI project team. Oversee investigations on deviations from the plan and assessment of impact on project On the job training and mentoring of Client personnel is required. Minimum Requirements 7-10 years of progressive experience in project control / planning engineering positions leading and administering major projects. 5 years of field construction experience with a reputable contracting company in similar position. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Master in Project Management or Construction Management considered an advantage. Proficient in Primavera and other Planning & Scheduling Softwares. PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) considered an advantage Housing, Transport, Security: While stationed in Iraq staff are provided secure housing accommodation, food, internet, laundry, television and transportation.
