مطلوب فورا لشركة عقارات كبرى بالسعودية -1 Investment and business development Manager Essential Job Functions • Managing Investment portfolio covering public equity, and private equity through funds, co-investments and direct investments. • Prepare and present investment memos/reports to the group board of directors and its executive committee • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals. • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Requirements • Bachelor/master degree in economy or management • Experience more than 7 years in real-estate business. • Good knowledge in financial reports. 2-Project Manager Essential Job Functions • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Requirements • Engineering qualifications. • Experience more than 3 years in real-estate projects. • Good knowledge in financial reports. 3- Real estate Manager Essential Job Functions • Handle financial operations of the property. • Collect rent. • Send out notices if rent is delinquent. • Prepare and maintain financial statements. • Update owners on status of property. • Inform owners about occupancy rates, expiration dates of leases, and other issues. • Advise owners on how much to charge for rent. • Pay for services such as playgrounds and swimming pools. • Negotiate contracts for janitorial, security, landscaping, trash removal, and other services. • Monitor the performance of contractors. • Investigate and resolve complaints from residents and tenants when services are not properly provided. • Purchase supplies and equipment for properties. • Hire contractors to make repairs. • Supervise maintenance staff. • Understand and comply with pertinent legislation, • Plan and direct the purchase, sale, and development of real estate properties on behalf of businesses and investors. • Consider factors such as property values, taxes, zoning, population growth, transportation, and traffic volume and patterns. • Negotiate contracts for the purchase or lease of the property. • Negotiate the sale of, or terminate the lease on, such properties.
