Make sure that the set goals have been accomplished as per the set plans and policies through the real status at the heath club Relation with the senior management Cooperate with the Operation manger other clubs to reach our goals Duties and Responsibilities Help the operation management in determining the goals, set the strategic plan and the general policies and make the central decision which are of interest to the club as a whole Supervise the execution of the set plans, programs and policies and assert the safety and the accuracy of its execution and being committed to them Provide Suggestion regarding the development of the administrative organization and the organizational chart of the institute Change the general goals into sub-goals and activities Prepare the annual budget of the club Set the practical procedures which help in the execution and application of policies,plans and set programs Study the training needs of employees to develop their skills Study the problems of work in order to improve the level of performance Study and follow up the local and international markets concerning everything new in the field of developing health club of sports equipment and programs to cope with the advancement in the field of sports Make periodic meeting between heads of departments to discuss the different problems, to avoid them in the future Work on upgrading of skills, potentials and knowledge of staff by availing the required opportunities of training and habilitation Work on the development of information system and encourage using machines and developing the skills of using them Work on the development and establishment of team work spirit among staff Periodic control of the expenditures of the health club to maintain a suitable expenditure average Coordinate with the club Supervisor to follow up the heads of departments and make sure there is no administrative gap High potential in making decision and hold responsibilities Good ability in giving direction and logical analysis Fully aware of laws, policies and procedures Advanced skills in the field of strategic planning English Knowledge is important and Arabic is must Keep the confidentiality of work Job Details Date Posted: 2013-06-16 Job Location: Al Kuwait, Kuwait Job Role: Management Company Industry: Personal Care and Service Joining Date: 2013-07-01 Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Gender: Male Nationality: Egypt; Iraq; Jordan; Lebanon; Palestine; Syria; Yemen Apply Now - Jobs in Kuwait - Search All Jobs
