♥ڿڰڿ✿ NENA ✿ڿڰڿ♥ ♥ڿڰڿ✿ A0983254/Manhattan Center ✿ڿڰڿ♥ Nena a two year old beauty who has lived with a cat and likes kids and other dogs. A volunteer writes: I fell in love with this little girl yesterday. Surrendered to our care by her family, Nena is clearly out of sorts in her kennel. She spins and jumps to get my attention - it worked! Once leashed and out of the building she proved herself to be quite the lover girl! Shes a gorgeous girl, a bit too thin (if she were mine I would plump her up a bit), has had a couple of litters in her lifetime and has great leash manners - what a pleasure! Her former owners, who could no longer care for pets, tell us that she is house trained, knows sit and lay down, is friendly to kids, likes male dogs, lived with a cat (A0983253, also surrendered to our care) and is happy go lucky with strangers. Nena showed me her sit when she posed for photos like a rock star, taking her reward treats very gently. As she was posing for photos I kept hearing a rustling in the leaves and finally figured out it was her tail wagging making the leaves move!! She was happy doing what I asked her to do - what a smart little girl! Up on the park bench she proves to be a sweetheart of a hugger and kisser, so happy to cuddle for a while.
