न वासुदेवभक्तानामशुभं विद्यते क्वचित् । जन्ममृत्युजराव्याधि भयं नैवोपजायते॥ That is, nothing inauspicious, even in traces exists for the devotees of Lord Vasudev Krishna. The devotee need not be afraid of the rigors of birth, death, old age or the diseases. How could he spoke so emphatically in presence of Lord Krishna Himself? Because Krishna Himself told Arjun only a few days back, at the time of opening of the Great War: Sarva dharman parityajya mamekam sharanam vraj Ahm tvam sarva papebhyo mokshyayishyami ma shuchi सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज। अहं त्वां सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुचः|| That is, giving up all your duties and affiliations surrender to me. I shall get you relieved of all your sins, do not worry. This is the abstract of the abstract of Shrimad bhagvat gita - do not worry, surrender to me. Surrender is the outstanding feature of devotion, bhakti. But this bhakti itself evades the seeker and is not easily attainable. In the land of Brijmandal, particularly Vrindavan, Bhakti and specially Madury Bhakti is achieved effortlessly. As Shrimad bhagvat Mahapuran says: Dhanyam vrindavanam ten bhaktirnrityati yatra ch धन्यम् वृंदावनम् तेन भर्क्तिनृत्यति यात्रा च || That is, blessed is the land of Vrindavan where devotion is in full bloom.......... So a mental pilgrimage to Vrindavan is a very satisfying experience granting you peace. In Vrindavan, most revered Thakur Shri Banke Bihariji Maharaj is the embodiment of Madhury bhakti. As Swami Shri Haridas writes: Prem samudra, roop ras gahre, kaise pavon thah प्रेम समुद्र रूप रस गहरे, कैसे पाऊँ थाह || That is, You (Lord Shri Banke Bihariji Maharaj) are the ocean of love, the cosmic beauty and eternal bliss of this ocean is so deep that nobody can measure it.
