විපක්ෂයේ පොදු අපේක්ෂකයාගේ මංගල රැලියට බාධා..... සෙත් පිරිත් මණ්ඩපය ගලවයි. අරලිය සහල් ලොරියකට ප්‍රහාරයක්. ජනාධිපතිවරණ නාමයෝජනා පූර්ව සමයේ සිදුවීම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් පහතින් දැක්වෙන පැමිණිලි පසුගිය පැය 72 ක කාලය තුල කැෆේ සංවිධානයට ලැබී තිබේ. පොදු අපේක්ෂක පළමු රැළියට බාධා හිටපු අමාත්‍ය මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා ගේ පළමු ජන රැළියට පෙර සෙත් පතා පිරිත් සජ්ජායනා කිරීමට පැමිණෙන සංඝරත්නයට සෙවණ සැලසීමට ඉදිකරමින් තිබූ මණ්ඩපය එහි හිමිකරුවන් විසින් ගලවා ඉවත් කොට ගෙන ගොස් ඇත. නාදුණන පිරිසක් විසින් එම මණ්ඩපයේ හිමිකරුවන්ට තර්ජනය කිරීම නිසා බිය වී මෙලෙස පිරිත් මණ්ඩපය ලබා දිය නොහැකි බව පවසා ඇත. පොළොන්නරුව ඓතිහාසික වටදාගෙයට ආසන්නයේ මෙම උත්සවය සංවිධානය කොට තිබුණි. මැතිවරණ ව්‍යාපාරයක් ආරම්භ කිරීමට පෙර මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා සිරිතක් ලෙසම සෙත් පැතීමේ අවස්ථාවකට සහභාගි වේ. කෙසේ නමුත් වැසි ආවරණයකින් තොරව උත්සවය පැවැත්වීමට සංවිධායකවරුන් කටයුතු යොදා ඇත. අනුරාධපුර තඹුත්තේගම එජාප පිරිසකට ප්‍රහාරයක් එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂ නායක රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා ඇතුඵ පිරිස පිළිගැනීම සදහා සැරසිලි සිදු කරමින් සිටි එජාප පළාත් සභා මන්ත්‍රී නාමල් දියාලගොඩ මහතා සහ ඔහුගේ ආධාරකරුවන් පිරිසකට නොවැ. 29 දින ප්‍රහාරයක් එල්ල කොට ඇත. ප්‍රහාරයෙන් තුවාල ලැබූ තඹුත්තේගම පදිංචි එජාප ආධාරකරුවෙකු රෝහල් ගත කොට ඇත. මෙම ප්‍රහාරය සිදු කළ කණ්ඩායම විසින් තඹුත්තේගම එජාප කාර්යාලයේ කටවුට් සහ බැනර් විනාශ කර ඇත. තමන්ට උතුරු මැද පළාත් සභාවේ ප්‍රධාන අමාත්‍යවරයාගේ සම්බන්ධීකරණ ලේකම්වරයා ඇතුඵ කණ්ඩායමක් විසින් පහර දුන් බවට එජාප පළාත් සභා මන්ත්‍රීවරයා තඹුත්තේගම පොලීසියට පැමිණිල්ලක් ඉදිරිපත් කොට ඇත. ‘අරලිය සහල්‘ ප්‍රවාහන ලොරි දෙකකට ප්‍රහාර මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතාගේ සොයුරු ඩඩ්ලි සිරිසේනට අයත් පොළොන්නරුව අරලිය සහල් සමාගමේ සහල් පැටවූ ලොරි රථ දෙකකට දිවුලපිටිය මරඳගහමුල දී හා මහනුවර ගම්පොල දී මැර පිරිස් පහර දී ඇත. පසුගිය 27 දින යතුරුපැදිවලින් පැමිණි හත් (7) දෙනෙකුගේ කණ්ඩායමක් මරදගහමුල ප්ර හාරය සිදු කොට ඇත. දිවුලපිටිය පොලීසිය වෙත සිදු කල පැමිණිල්ලේ සදහන් වන්නේ ප්‍රහාරයෙන් ලොරි රථයකට හානි සිදුව ඇති අතර රියදුරාට තුවාල සිදුව ඇති බවයි. ගම්පොල කහටපිටියේ දී සිදු කළ ප්‍රහාරයේ දී රුපියල් 20,000 කට ආසන්න මුදලක් ද ජංගම දුරකථනයක් ද පැහැර ගැනීමට ලක්වී ඇත. පොලීසිය පවසන්නේ මෝටර් රථයකින් පැමිණි පිරිසක් මෙම ප්‍රහාරය සිදු කොට ඇති බවයි. අරලිය සහල් සමාගමේ හිමිකරු මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන මහතා ගේ සහෝදරයෙකි. එජාප පාලනයක් යටතේ පවතින කොළඹ මහ නරග සභා සීමාව තුල මේ වන බදු මුදල් ගෙවීමකින් තොරව නීති විරෝධී කටවුට් හා බැනර් 2000 කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් ප්‍රදර්ශනය කරමින් තිබේ. එජනිස යටතේ පාලනය වන කඩුවෙල, කෝට්ටේ මහ නගර සභා සීමාවන් තුල පිළිවෙලින් කටවුට් 1500 සහ 1200 කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් මේ වන විට ප්‍රදර්ශනය කෙරේ. දිවයිනේ සෑම පළාත් පාලන ආයතනයකට පාහේ ආර්ථික සංවර්ධන අමාත්‍යං ශය මගින් කොඩි කණු 20 ක් හෝ එයට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් ලබා දී ඇත. ඒවාගේ නිල් පැහැති කොඩි සහ බැනර් ප්‍රදර්ශනයට පළාත් පාලන ආයතන සේවකයින් යොදවා ඇති බවට පැමිණිලි විශාල සංඛ්‍යාවක් කැෆේ සංවිධානය වෙත ලැබී ඇත. පළාත් පාලන ආයතන සතු දේපල මැතිවරණ කටයුතු සදහා යොදා ගැනීම මැතිවරණ කොමසාරිස්වරයා ගේ අංක පීආර්ඊ/2015/4බී දරන 2014.11.24 දිනැති නියෝගයට අනුව නීති විරෝධී වේ. මාර්ගය අවහිර කරන දංකොටුවේ එජනිස රුස්වීම ප්‍රධාන මාර්ගය අවහිර කරමින් රජයේ අමාත්‍යවරුන් ගණනාවකගේ සභාගීත්වයෙන් දංකොටුව නගරයේ දී ඊයේ එජනිස ප්‍රචාරක රැළියක් පවත්වනු ලැබීය. ඡායාරූපයෙන් දැක්වෙන්නේ මෙම රැළිය සදහා මහා මාර්ගයේ එක් මං තීරුවක් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වසා දමා වේදිකාව ඉදිකොට ඇති ආකාරයයි. රැස්වීම් පැවැත්වීම සදහා අවසර ලබාදීමේ දී ආණ්ඩු පක්ෂයට පක්ෂග්‍රාහී ලෙස කටයුතු කරන බවට පළාත් පාලන ආයතන සහ පොලීසියට සෑම මැතිවරණයකදීම චෝදනා එල්ල වේ. මාධ්‍ය ඒකකය/කැෆේ සංවිධානය 2014 දෙසැම්බර් 1 Attempts to hinder the first rally of the common candidate - Attacks on Sirisenas brothers lorries CaFFE has received the below mentioned complaints in the last 72 hours. A shelter to house the Buddhist monks who had arrived to bless the maiden rally was removed by a group who also threatened those who had erected the edifice. The event was organized near the Polonnaruwa Watadageya and Sirisena was to attend the blessing ceremony before the rally. However the organizers held the blessing ceremony without a shelter. Attack on UNP supporters in Thambuttegama, Anuradhapura A group led by the coordinating secretary of the North Central PC Chief Minister, had assaulted UNP North Central Provincial Councillor Namal Diayalagoda and his supporters who were decorating the roads to welcome UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe on November 29. A UNP supporter was hospitalized and the assailants also destroyed the banners and cut-outs of the UNP office in Thambuttegama. Diayalagoda has lodged a complaint to Thambuttegama police stating that a group led by the Coordinating Secretary to the Chief Minister of the Province carried out the attack. During the attack in Kahatapitiya, Gampola, the assailants also took Rs. 20 000 and a mobile phone of those travelling in the lorry was taken. Police said that a group travelling in a motor car carried out the attack. Illegal cut-outs in CMC and other local councils There are over 2000 large election cut-outs and banners in CMC limits, controlled by the UNP. There are over 1500 cut-outs in Kaduwela and 1200 cut-outs in Kotte, which is ruled by the UPFA. The Ministry of Economic Development has handed 20 flag poles to all divisional secretariat and workers of the secretariats are deployed to establish large blue colour banners. In Chilaw, workers and vehicles of the urban council have been deployed to erect cut-outs and place banners in the city limits. Meanwhile flag poles have been given to all divisional secretariats in Puttalam District and 460 such poles have been given to Chilaw UC. The same situation prevails in Kaduwela MC. Councillor Jeevani Kariyawasam’s photo was removed from the cut-outs after she objected and her photo was replaced by the UPFA symbol. UPFA rally in Dankotuwa obstructing road A large UPFA rally was held in Dankotuwa town with the participation of a number of Ministers.
