Kobe has a well sculpted body at under 60-pounds. He wears a caramel colored patch rakishly tilted over his right eye so he is indeed very distinctive in appearance. Kobe’s previous owner said that he gets along nicely with people of all ages. The assessor became a bit frightened of Kobe when Kobe protested against having his neck harnessed. For that behavior Kobe earned a New Hope rating. We don’t believe that Kobe should die tomorrow simply because he was afraid of having something tighten around his neck. Kobe is in grave danger tonight and we fear that people will ignore him because of his bio. We need a hero to snatch Kobe right out of that Brooklyn shelter.
