鄭邦鎮局長簡介The brief introduction of secretary Pang-Zheng Zheng 現任台南市教育局局長，台南縣市合併升格直轄市後首任。鄭局長以開放的態度整合校長、教師及家長的各方意見，陸續完成各制度及法規整併。在意見的獲取上，建立開放的論述平台，以創新堅定的視野融合每一份意見並加以整合而成政策。台南市也因此在教育力的表現上，獲得一張亮麗的成績。 Mr. Zheng was the first secretary in the Bureau of Education，Tainan City Government. In order to get different kinds of opinion from principals, teachers, and even parents to improve systems and law. However, Mr.Zheng not only established a communication with an open mind but also merged every comment to create policies. Thus, Tainan got an excellent grade in expression of education. 2007年至2010年任國立台灣文學館館長，力主空間開放、跨界合作與國際接軌，創新便民夜間開館，提高文學館能見度及可親性；並以產品、品牌、通路、創意、城市、學術、網路，拍檔、媒體、國際行銷等十大行銷概念，成功營造國立台灣文學館新氣象，台灣文學館代表文建會競逐政府服務品質競賽，鄭局長因積極拓展台灣文學跨域介面，深耕文化建設，於2010年獲頒行政院三等功績獎章。Mr. Zheng worked in the National Museum of Taiwan Literature to be a curator from 2007 to 2010. He stressed that the museum has to open at night for more convenience, visibility, and affinity to the public. To crossover and connected with the international society are also his viewpoint. However, product, brand, channel, creativity, urban, academy, Internet, partner, media, and international marketing also brought successfully new image for the National Museum in Taiwan. Besides, the National Museum of Taiwan Literature participated in the government’s service quality contest instead of the Ministry of Culture. Mr.Zheng got the third class medal of Executive Yuan in 2010 since developing Taiwanese culture. 鄭局長深信，教育若不是從生活出發，學校未能與社區結合 ，本土文化若不能作主，台灣主體若不能當家，台南將不成台南，台灣將失去面目。世間豈有無面目無主格的國家，而能奢談主權，侈言國際化？自主的台灣，自信的台南，是務本之道，這個願景必須透過教育文化來實現和捍衛。放眼未來，在資訊快速傳遞與變遷的世界裡，教育必須與時俱進，才能為每一位孩子裝上飛向夢想的翅膀。他一直認為，挑戰，不斷地來；目標，與時俱進：覺悟，必須無比堅定。』The secretary Zheng firmly believed that Taiwan couldn’t be called an independent country unless education came from daily life, the schools conjoined with the communities, native culture become mainstream. As a result, the wonderful vision must achieved through education and culture. Looking to the future, the information rapidly spreaded and the modern world changed continually, however, education has to update to help children fly toward dreams. What he thought was: Here comes constantly the challenge! The purpose must be update, and finally consciousness must be firm.
