지난주 풀코스 뛰고 오늘은 여의도 한강시민마라톤 하프도 완주ㅋ 훈련이 아직 들되서 기록은 아직 예전보다 딱 1분 줄었어ㅜㅜ 그래도 뽜이야 오 내 드래곤볼이 9개ㅋ이제 하나만 더 있으면 승천인가ㅋ ps. 나 현재 조글이라 육상동호회(난 육상부라고 생각함)에 소속되어 있어요ᆞ우리팀은 유명하신 마라톤 선수쌤을 주축으로 아마추어 선수님들한테 매주토 아침8시에 한강에서 트레이닝 받고요ㅋ자발적인 형태로 초록우산어린이재단 에 소속된 육상꿈나무 청소년들을 후원하는 단체에요ᆞ 생각있음 드루와 드루와~~ 건강도 챙기고ᆞ따뜻한 마음이 가득 있는 분들도 만나고 ㅋ 같이 뛸라우?? last weekend, my 2nd full-course (42.195km) running, i made it today half course (21km) along the Han river. this record is one minute ahead than last my half course record. Including this try, it came to 9 medal I got. Like Japanese Cartoon Dragonball, what if i went up to sky, i could grasp the other medal? plus, i am involved in the marathon club, calling Joggle. My club has record breaking athletes teaching us in detail and very kind with warm -hearted as their best. every saturday 8 am. u can join us freely and take a good learning in Han river running track as punching awaying hawling winter wind. and on your own, not mandatory rule, u can put ur hands to our regular financial support the promising youth sprinter undergoing needy circumstance trough NGO Childfund Koreas well organised system(One of us, he is the staff in childfund korea now).
