⛵️ Boat pose w/ kickouts 1. Sit down on your #butt 2. #Lean back about 2 to 3 inchs 3. Place your arms in the air @ an angle (arms are straight flexing in the tricep) 4. Begin to lift your #heels of the ground, balancing on your butt! 5. Extend your heels away from your butt making your legs straight, parallel w/ your arms. 6. Return your heels back to your butt w/ out touching the ground. (Bend from knee) 7. As you kick your heels out, make sure you breathe out! Breathe in when your return your heels to your butt! 8. Make sure your movements are controlled! 9.
