❤️🌹❤️ Flashback Friday!! A flashback is a recollection of an event from your past. Here is the first blog entry from my website from September of 2006 :) thank you loves for your constant support over the years ❤️🌹❤ 1. Change one part of your diet and/or exercise from what you normally do on a daily basis and you will see results. 2. Look you have ab muscles, we all do!! You just need to rid your body of that layer of fat hiding those abs. You can do all the crunches in the world and still not see your abs if you are not doing something to get rid of the fat. (Do cardio and change your diet) 3.High intensity anaerobic workouts make the body release substantial amounts of Growth Horomone. This is good because It cuts down our body fat. 4. Those trying to loose weight… Stay away from the scale and use measurements. Muscle weighs more than fat and if you are exercising reading the scale can be misleading. 5.workout partners are good for some. If you are in that group.. workout!! Stop talking during the exercises. Partners are supposed to be there to push and motivate you. If you can talk during these sets of exercises and during cardio, 1.You are not working hard enough 2. You are not focused.
