100 Day Challenge Update: I sit here reflecting upon week one of the 100 Day fitness challenge and decided to share my thoughts. 1. There is power in unity and accountability. Check in frequently. Share challenges, successes and set-backs. Together we can help each other. 2. What you get out of a group like this is directly proportionate to what you put in. Be verbal. Be visible. Be an encourager. And you will be Encouraged. 3. The more the merrier! Anyone and everyone is welcome to join in. Feel free to share the challenge with friends and family members. The more people who are aware of your commitment, the more accountability partners you will have. 4. If you cant commit to 30 minutes per day of exercise for 100 days, then commit to what ever level and frequency you can. Get in where you fit in......But get in!!!! 4. Lighten up and dont be so hard on yourself. Change is a process and every little movement towards the end goal is worth celebrating. Life happens to all of us so dont make that your excuse for quitting! 5. Each day is a new day in which you can renew your resolve to be better, do better and live healthier. Forget set-back of yesterday and get back on track today! 6. Most of all...have fun. This group is all about fun, fitness and friendship. Shalom
